Due to a last minute problem, the change of meteo files is delayed. The next tentative is postponed to early May.

Last week, we announced an upgrade on meteo fields used for altimetry corrections (see our <link http: www.aviso.oceanobs.com en news-storage news-detail _top external-link-new-window>previous operational news). Due to a last minute problem, this change of meteo files (upgrade to N640 resolution) for Jason-1, Envisat and Jason-2 products is delayed. We have encountered an unexpected trouble which requires additional time to perfectly coordinate the operational switch with ECMWF (the problem mainly concerns Near Real Time products). The next tentative slot for the switch is now CW 2011/18 (May 2nd-6th). Of course, we will keep you informed on any update as soon as it is available. Sorry for any inconvenience it may have caused.
