[Jason-2] Restart of core mission

On 2013/03/29, the POSEIDON3 altimeter has been switched on.

 The Jason-2 satellite is again operational. 
On 2013/03/29, at 17:48z, the POSEIDON3 altimeter has been switched on; 2 hours after, AMR radiometer and precise GPS were also enabled (around 19:34z and 19:37z respectivelly) allowing the mission to restart nominally .
The Jason-2 mission was interrupted during Cycle 174.  Cycle 174 will be impacted approximatively from passes 43 to 164.
I suppose that all of you will join my thanks to the CNES and NOAA OPS teams for this quick and successfull recovery.
