On March 23rd 2016, Hy-2A satellite moved from its nominal orbit to a geodetic orbit. The new orbit is now about 2 km higher, has a 168 day-cycle with 2315 orbits in the full cycle. The deactivation of Hy-2A along-track production in SSALTO/DUACS multi-mission has already been decided since the 28th of August 2015 because of the degradation of input data. The impacts of this new event have to be analyzed before resuming the use of Hy-2A data in DUACS.
