Jason-1 has encountered an anomaly on February 28th 16:13 UTC
CNES and NASA/JPL are currently analyzing the problem and making operations to return to operational mode.
Note also that SSALTO/Duacs Along Track NRT j1g data will not be available during this unfortunate event.
We will keep you informed about the results of investigations as soon as possible.
