Improvement to connect to avisoftp.cnes.fr (GDRs files)

Connection errors on avisoftp.cnes.fr are now fixed.
Since several weeks, some problems occured to connect to the server <link http: avisoftp.cnes.fr>avisoftp.cnes.fr (to download GDRs files).
These connection errors (difficulty connecting, time-out, ...) are now fixed.
