[Jason-2] Status update: Ssalto/Duacs data again available

The Jason-2 satellite is operational since 12th September; the Ssalto/Duacs production is now delivered on the servers.
The Jason-2 satellite is again operational: Thrusday 12th September at 12:22 UT, the POSEIDON3 altimeter has been switched ON allowing the mission to restart nominally .
NRT production (OGDR) and off line products (IGDR) restarted last week and after validation of all of these input measurements, the Ssalto/Duacs production has begun and is now delivered on the servers.
