The SARAL altimeter and radiometer units have been switched on.

All housekeeping telemetry parameters are fully nominal and analysis of the scientific data is ongoing.

The altimeter instrument and the antenna has been built by TAS Toulouse - France.
The radiometer instrument units has been built by Astrium Toulouse - France.
