Improvement to connect to avisoftp.cnes.fr (GDRs files)

Connection errors on avisoftp.cnes.fr are now fixed.
Since several weeks, some problems occured to connect to the server avisoftp.cnes.fr (to download GDRs files).
These connection errors (difficulty connecting, time-out, ...) are now fixed.
