OSTM/Jason-2 : on the top of the rocket for a launch on June 20, 2008

2008.06.09 : After being postponed because of windy conditions, the transfer of the encapsulated OSTM-Jason-2 spacecraft was enabled by good weather conditions. On the early morning mist (at 5.00 a.m. Pacific Time), a tug assured this transport by the the road, between the Astrotech payload and the launch pad. All the team was put to work attending to assit to the spacecraft erection on the mobile service tower. The OSTM-Jason-2 is ready for connecting with the Delta II rocket. After this short delay, the new launch window is scheduled for 20 June, at 12:46 a.m. Pacific Time. "GO OSTM-Jason2 and Delta!!"
