Cryosat-2: already 1 year !

Cryosat-2 is an altimetry satellite built by the European Space Agency dedicated to polar observation. Ice data were recently delivered to scientits leading to community to compute how the volume of ice is changing.
Launched on 8 April 2010, Cryosat is celebrating its 1st anniversary today.
