Anomaly impacting some files of DUACS RT & NRT products

Due to technical problems, part of the accuracy of Real-Time and Near Real-Time products from September 19 to September 22, 2011 is degraded.

This issue has impacted only the OGDR flows contained in the following products: 
  • Global (M)SLA & (M)ADT data in RT
  • Global (M)SLA & (M)ADT data in NRT
  • Mediterranean Sea (M)SLA & (M)ADT data in NRT
  • Black Sea (M)SLA data in NRT
  • Mozambique area (M)SLA data in NRT
From September 23, 2011 onwards the situation is nominal.   The files from September 19 to 22 impacted by this anomaly will recover their nominal accuracy when the OGDR data update process will be done for the production dates from respectively September 25 to 28 (i.e. observation date + 6 days : when the IGDR data flows will replace all the OGDR data flows). Our apologies for this outage and any inconvenience this may cause.
