[Jason-1] Jason-1: on the road to recovery

As you may know, Jason-1 is in safe-hold-mode since February 16th 17:20 UTC due to an anomaly detected on the gyro 3. After analysis of the problem (certainly caused by a SEU (Single Event Upset) in the SAA (South Atlantic Anomaly) zone), Jason-1 is about to recover nominal situation.

Thanks to great work of operational teams, all instruments are ON since February 29th so the payload is now ready to pursue its scientific mission. A last maneuver is planned at the end of this week-end (in the night from March 4th to March 5th) to place the satellite on its nominal ground track. GDR products will be considered as good from the beginning of cycle 375 (on March 7th). Therefore, there is a gap in the Duacs Real Time and Near Real Time along-track files for dates between  Feburary 17th and February 28th. Sorry for the inconvenience it has caused.
